A safe space for renewal, balance, and self-discovery

You may be entering a season of life where everything feels different. Your body is shifting, your emotions may feel unpredictable, and you may find yourself carrying everyone else’s needs, only to realize your own have been pushed aside. If you feel disconnected from yourself, exhausted from giving too much, or weighed down by stress and relationship struggles, you are not alone.

Perimenopause and menopause can bring anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm—not just from the changes inside you, but also from years of carrying others’ needs ahead of your own.

Therapy is a place where you can pause, breathe, and begin to come back home to yourself.

What you may be experiencing

Feeling anxious, irritable, or unable to relax

A changing body; less energy, brain fog, changes in libido

Grief about aging, identity shifts, or life transitions

Carrying the weight of burnout from doing it all for everyone else

Struggling with stress or feelings of being constantly overwhelmed

Or...

Losing touch with the parts of yourself that once felt alive and vibrant

Healing from toxic relationships or patterns of codependency

Facing life transitions such as job changes, divorce, or dating in later life

Family dynamics feel overwhelming as you deal with aging parents and adult child relationships

Wondering who you are now, and who you want to become in midlife

How therapy for women's issues can help

In our work together, you’ll find a space where your story is honored and your needs come first. Therapy is not about fixing you—it’s about helping you make sense of what’s happening in your body and mind. It’ also about rediscovering your strength, your wisdom, and your ability to create a life that feels more balanced and true to who you want to be.

With support, you can begin to:

Feel calmer and more grounded in your daily life

Learn to be with your emotions and find emotional regulation

Ease mood swings, anxiety, and irritability

Reclaim your voice and your choices

Heal old wounds and release patterns that no longer serve you

And...

Strengthen relationships and intimacy

Learn to say “no” and set healthy boundaries

Find the balance between being compassionate without being over-responsible for others

Learn to value yourself beyond roles and expectations

Align your identity with who you are today - not who you were told to be

What it looks like to work with me

Therapy for women online and in-person

Therapy with me is relaxed, grounding, and real.

I am an understanding guide, empathic support, and dedicated resource coming from a place of authenticity and compassion.

You won’t find a stiff or clinical atmosphere here—you can expect a space that feels safe, welcoming, and downto-earth. We might sit in chairs or even on the floor, and I show up in comfortable clothing so you can feel at ease being yourself, too. I can be direct when needed and I also have a sense of humor.

Our therapy sessions are flexible and creative.

Alongside talking, I often weave in somatic movement, breathing practices, visualization, meditation, mindfulness, dream work, parts work, or even the use of oracle cards when it feels supportive..
