Therapy for women therapists
Therapy for therapists online and in-person. CA, AZ, OR & WA
A safe space just for you
As a therapist, you spend so much of your energy holding space for others—listening deeply, carrying stories, and offering compassion day after day. Yet even the most skilled and grounded clinicians can feel the weight of burnout, self-doubt, or compassion fatigue.
Being both a woman and a therapist often adds another layer—balancing professional roles with personal responsibilities, navigating cultural and systemic expectations, and sometimes feeling like there’s no room left for your own needs. Plus, real life continues to happen to you. As a therapist you are not immune to the struggles of life.
A personal note
Throughout my career, I’ve shown up as a therapist while also navigating my own life’s hardest chapters — divorce, grieving the death of my child, the impact of addiction in my family system, and untangling toxic relationships and environments. I know what it’s like to feel the pressure of “having it all together” because I’m the therapist, the healer, the professional. And yet, there were times when my life felt like it was falling apart even more than my clients’.
During those seasons, I struggled to find a therapist I could connect with — someone I trusted enough to speak openly with, without judgment. When I did find that safe, supportive relationship, it was invaluable. It gave me space to lay down what I was carrying and to feel held, cared for, and strengthened.
That’s the kind of space I want to offer you.
It doesn’t matter your age, experience, or how long you’ve been doing this work — we all need support at times. Maybe for you that means navigating your own life transitions, untangling feelings stirred up by your clients, managing burnout, implementing boundaries, or simply having a space where you don’t have to hold everything together. This is your place to exhale, to be human, and to receive the same care you so generously give to others.
What you may be experiencing
Compassion fatigue or burnout from constantly caring for others
Difficulty setting boundaries in work or personal life
Feeling stretched thin between clients, family, and personal commitments
Anxiety, stress, or self-doubt despite being “the one who helps”
Disconnection from your own needs, desires, or sense of self
Pressure to appear strong and “have it all together”
And even struggling to process your own struggles that happen in your personal life and trying to find the balance of also being a therapist.
How therapy can help
Therapy for therapists is not a luxury—it’s an act of self-preservation and professional integrity. Here, you don’t have to be the helper, the strong one, or the one who has the answers. You can simply be human.
Together, we can:
Process the weight of holding others’ pain and trauma
Explore and heal patterns of over-functioning or perfectionism
Strengthen boundaries so you can show up sustainably in work and life
Reconnect with joy, rest, and creativity
Cultivate self-compassion and release the pressure to always “do it right”
Rediscover your identity outside of the therapy room
Address personal struggles or challenges
What it looks like to work with me
Therapy for Therapists in the Temecula Valley & Online
Therapy with me is relaxed, grounding, and real.
I am an understanding guide, empathic support, and dedicated resource coming from a place of authenticity and compassion.
You won’t find a stiff or clinical atmosphere here—you can expect a space that feels safe, welcoming, and downto-earth. We might sit in chairs or even on the floor, and I show up in comfortable clothing so you can feel at ease being yourself, too. I can be direct when needed and I also have a sense of humor.
Our therapy sessions are flexible and creative.
Alongside talking, I often weave in somatic movement, breathing practices, visualization, meditation, mindfulness, dream work, parts work, or even the use of oracle cards when it feels supportive..
