Reclaim your voice, your worth, and your life
Growing up in, or later becoming part of, a narcissistic relationship can leave deep emotional
wounds that ripple through every area of life.
Being in a relationship with a narcissist, or someone with narcissistic traits—whether it was a parent, partner, family member, boss, or close friend—can leave lasting emotional scars. The effects often show up long after the relationship ends, in ways that quietly undermine confidence, relationships, and well-being. The impact often shows up as anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, feeling disconnected from your authentic self, or fear you will never be in a healthy relationship.
The voice of narcissistic abuse often lingers long after the relationship ends, whispering messages like “You’re not enough,” “You’re broken,” or “Something is wrong with you.” These beliefs are not the truth—they are the echoes of conditioning. With support, healing is possible.
Other types of relationships with similar impact of narcissistic abuse that we can explore: addiction, mental illness, bipolar, borderline, or anything that felt toxic and disempowering.
Therapy can help you break free from those old messages, reconnect with your authentic self, and create a life where you feel whole, confident, and deeply worthy of love.

Alongside talking, I often weave in somatic movement, breathing practices, visualization, meditation, mindfulness, dream work, parts work, or even the use of oracle cards when it feels supportive.
