Therapy for spiritual abuse
Spiritual abuse healing across the Temecula Valley & online
A safe space to reclaim your voice and your spirit
If you’ve experienced spiritual abuse, you may carry wounds that are invisible yet deeply painful.
Perhaps you were told who you should be, how you should live, or what you should believe—and questioning those messages left you feeling guilty, ashamed, or unworthy. You may have been silenced or controlled by rigid beliefs. Maybe you were taught to put others’ voices above your own, that your questions and needs were wrong, or made to feel that your own intuition and voice could not be trusted.
If you feel confusion, guilt, or shame tied to your spiritual experiences—or if you’re struggling to trust yourself after being hurt in the name of faith or any other structured system—you are not alone.
This kind of harm runs deep. It can shake your identity, your relationships, and your connection with yourself. And yet—healing is possible.
What you may be experiencing
Lingering shame, guilt, or fear when you question old teachings
Anxiety or shame tied to faith, religion, or sexuality
Grief for the time, trust, or sense of self that was taken from you
Feeling disconnected from your intuition, body, or authentic self
Difficulty setting boundaries after being told to always serve or submit
Longing to create a spiritual or personal life that feels safe, free, and true to you
How therapy can help
Spiritual abuse healing takes compassion, gentleness, and support. In therapy, you’ll have space to share your story without judgment and begin untangling the harmful messages you’ve carried. This isn’t about rejecting or abandoning your beliefs—it’s about reclaiming your right to choose what truly nourishes you.
Through this work, you can begin to:
Heal from shame and internalized guilt
Rebuild trust in your own wisdom, body, and intuition
Strengthen boundaries that honor your needs and values
Heal from patterns of control and codependency
Reclaim your identity beyond old teachings or systems of control
Rediscover a sense of spiritual connection that feels safe and authentic to you
What it looks like to work with me
Therapy for spiritual abuse online and in-person
Therapy with me is relaxed, grounding, and real.
I am an understanding guide, empathic support, and dedicated resource coming from a place of authenticity and compassion.
You won’t find a stiff or clinical atmosphere here—you can expect a space that feels safe, welcoming, and downto-earth. We might sit in chairs or even on the floor, and I show up in comfortable clothing so you can feel at ease being yourself, too. I can be direct when needed and I also have a sense of humor.
Our therapy sessions are flexible and creative.
Alongside talking, I often weave in somatic movement, breathing practices, visualization, meditation, mindfulness, dream work, parts work, or even the use of oracle cards when it feels supportive..

Nothing is off-limits in therapy.
You’re welcome to bring any subject, any emotion, and yes, even your unfiltered language. I encourage you to come prepared, having reflected on what you’d like to explore, discover, or process that day. I love when client’s show up with lists! I only work with clients who are keen to own their therapy process and do the work outside of our therapy time.
