After years of giving to everyone else, this is your time to turn inward. I offer compassionate, client-centered therapy for women navigating anxiety, burnout, midlife transitions, and the lingering effects of narcissistic or spiritual abuse.
Using a blend of talk therapy, mindfulness, creative approaches, somatic work, parts work, visualization, and sand tray therapy, I guide clients toward self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.
I offer therapy in Carlsbad or therapy in CA, WA, AZ and OR via Telehealth, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences—and leave each session feeling seen, understood, and more connected to yourself.
