A safe space to find calm, clarity, and confidence

Anxiety can feel like an endless loop of worry, tension, and “what ifs.” Maybe your mind won’t stop racing, your body feels constantly on edge, or sleep has become elusive. You may find yourself second-guessing every decision, carrying stress in your body, or struggling to feel present in your own life.

You are not alone- and you don’t have to keep living this way. Therapy for anxiety can help you understand your anxiety, calm your nervous system, and reclaim a sense of balance.

Is anxiety stealing your experience of life?

You are not alone, left unchecked anxiety starts to impact every area of life. A multitude of silent assaults that undermines your confidence and steals your joy.

You may experience:

Constant worrying or overthinking that you can’t turn off

Physical symptoms like a racing heart, tight chest, upset stomach, or restlessness

Trouble sleeping, difficulty relaxing, or waking up already feeling tense

Perfectionism or a constant sense that you’re “not doing enough”

Feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities or decisions

Or find yourself...

Second-guessing yourself, replaying conversations, or fearing the worst outcome

Feeling pressure to “hold it all together” while you’re falling apart inside

Being irritable, or feelling on edge, like you might “snap” at any moment

Having difficulty being present with loved ones because your mind is always elsewhere

With a sense of disconnection from your calm, confident, authentic self

How therapy can help anxiety

Anxiety doesn’t have to control your life. With an anxiety therapist, you’ll have a safe space to explore the roots of your worry, learn calming tools for your body and mind, and begin to build trust in yourself again.

Together, we can:

Understand how anxiety shows up in your thoughts, body, and emotions

Learn grounding and breathing practices to soothe your nervous system

Explore patterns of perfectionism, over-responsibility, and self-doubt

Develop tools to quiet your inner critic and strengthen self-compassion

Use mindfulness to create space between your thoughts and your reactions

And also:

Identify triggers and learn practical ways to respond instead of react

Heal underlying stress, trauma, or life transitions that fuel anxiety

Strengthen boundaries and prioritize your needs without guilt

Reconnect with your intuition, presence, and inner calm

Build resilience so that challenges feel manageable instead of overwhelming

What it's like to work with me

Anxiety Therapy – Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee & Online (CA, AZ, WA, OR)

Hi, I am Elizabeth Sheen.

Therapy with me is relaxed, grounding, and real. I am an understanding guide, empathic support, and dedicated resource coming from a place of authenticity and compassion.

You won’t find a stiff or clinical atmosphere here—you can expect a space that feels safe, welcoming, and downto-earth. We might sit in chairs or even on the floor, and I show up in comfortable clothing so you can feel at ease being yourself, too. I can be direct when needed and I also have a sense of humor.

Anxiety therapy sessions are flexible and creative

Alongside talking, I often weave in somatic movement, breathing practices, visualization, meditation, mindfulness, dream work, parts work, or even the use of oracle cards when it feels supportive.
